RETURN POLICY:
We value your business, and your happiness is our number one goal!
1. Please take your measurements carefully; we will not be able to refund for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our "How to Measure" page.
2. Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of the product, we do not refund or exchange.
3. Incorrect address: we will not be able to refund if an incorrect address was provided or if, for any reason, the post office has deemed the package "undeliverable.". Please contact us; a fee may apply to reship the item.
4. If you have received your item damaged or a loss occurred while in transit, please contact us at felicitywaistbeads@gmail.com to rectify the situation. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. You assume all risk if you have chosen the "Standard Snail Mail" option, which DOES NOT provide a tracking number.
We are more than happy to make sure that your satisfaction is at the forefront. Any concerns and resolutions will be on a case-by-case basis.
