Please take your measurements carefully; we will not be able to refund for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our "How to Measure" page.

Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of the product, we do not refund or exchange.

Incorrect address: we will not be able to refund if an incorrect address was provided or if, for any reason, the post office has deemed the package "undeliverable." Please contact us immediately if an address update is needed; a fee may apply to reship the item, if your order has been sent out already.

If you have received your item damaged or a loss occurred while in transit, please contact us at felicitywaistbeads@gmail.com to rectify the situation. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. Any concerns and resolutions will be on a case-by-case basis.
