To measure accurately for your waist beads, start by sitting down comfortably—no sucking in your stomach!

Place a soft measuring tape directly against your bare skin where you want your waist beads to rest, whether that's high on your waist, around your belly button, or low on your hips. Keep the tape level, fitting snugly without pulling it tight.

Look at where the zero end intersects with the tape on the other side. Note that exact number in inches for the best fit.
